NANCY'S LETTER
Kelly Cruises ~ Fall Newsletter ~
October 2009 |
Dear
Travel Friends,
As we enter the 4th quarter of 2009, I am beginning to feel like the
market has stabilized and that people are feeling more comfortable about
the future. There is no doubt that all of us have suffered both
financially and emotionally. My staff and I have kept a vigilant watch
on our preferred travel suppliers and fortunately for consumers, they
are aware of how they must adjust their marketing and products to
survive.
Our preferred suppliers are delivering more value than at any other time
in recent history. The results, dear traveler, are amazing! For example,
Regent Seven Seas, a 6-Star Luxury Line, has gone all-inclusive for
2010. You’ll benefit from 2 For 1 Rates – Free Airfare – Extra
Discounts, Free Shore Excursions, plus Gratuities and Beverages are
included. Crystal Cruises lowered their deposits and rates on most
sailings for 2009 and 2010. They are also offering generous discounts
plus an “As You Wish” Shipboard Credit of $500 to $1,500 per person on
most sailings; this is the most generous plan they have ever offered.
Oceania Cruises, our favorite small boutique cruise line, continues to
offer Free Air, 2 For 1 Rates, additional savings plus Free Soft Drinks.
Their ships deliver a casual atmosphere and some of the best itineraries
of any cruise line.
In the medium size cruise ship category, we recognize and congratulate
Holland America for adding more value and amenities to attract both new
guests and past passengers. You will also find exceptional bargains on
Princess, Celebrity, Azamara and Royal Caribbean. In fact, chances are
your cruise vacation may cost less now, than it did 10 years ago.
River Cruises are a delightful way to travel at a slower pace and their
itineraries in Europe and China are unique and extraordinary. The
important thing to remember is you must book early – almost a year in
advance - or the best choices are liable to be sold out for the cruise
you’re considering.
If I may give you a sound piece of advice, it would be to continue
traveling and taking these vacations you’ve always dreamed of. For the
next 12 to 24 months, we think those trips will be more affordable than
ever. And recharging your battery on a vacation is good for you.
Your loyalty to Kelly Cruises is greatly appreciated. Remember, our
dedicated staff of professionals is here to create unforgettable
experiences and to deliver personalized service, which is what separates
us from just another travel agency.
We hope you enjoy our Fall Newsletter, and please stay in touch with us
to let us know how you’re doing. Kelly Cruises appreciates your
business, your friendship, and your loyalty.
With best regards,

Nancy Kelly
