Susan's deep expertise comes from firsthand experience. She has sailed aboard the many cruise lines KC&T proudly represents and journeyed across the globe to carefully review hotels, building and maintaining strong partnerships with quality land tour operators, and connecting with communities in countless cities and towns. She has served on cruise, luxury, and exploration travel committees as a proud and longtime member of the Signature Travel Network.

Beyond travel, Susan expertly manages all aspects of the business-from accounting and sales to advertising and technology. Her dedication ensures that KC&T continues to grow and maintain the outstanding service and quality the agency is known for.

When she's not delighting clients with dream trips, Susan juggles life as a wife and proud mother of twin college age boys. Busy? Absolutely. And she wouldn't have it any other way-because travel isn't just her job, it's her calling.
